Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using Dollar Stitch Club. Please read this policy carefully.

1. General Approach

Refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable — if something has gone wrong, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

All transactions are processed in USD. Refunds are issued in USD and we are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

2. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged incorrectly — including duplicate charges or charges made in error — we will issue a full refund without question. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

3. New Subscription Refunds

If you subscribed by mistake or are not satisfied with the service, we may issue a full refund on your first subscription payment if all of the following apply:

  • You contact us within 7 days of your first payment.
  • You have not generated any patterns in the new billing period.
  • This is the first time you have requested this type of refund — one grace refund per customer lifetime.

If a refund is approved, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be revoked immediately.

4. No Refunds for Renewal Charges

We do not offer refunds for subscription renewal charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We send a reminder email before each renewal. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel promptly and contact us — we will review these cases on goodwill basis.

5. Free Trial Abuse

New accounts receive a one-time welcome allowance of free pattern generations. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim this allowance is considered abuse of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests from accounts we reasonably believe have engaged in free trial abuse, and to suspend or permanently close such accounts.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider before contacting us, your account may be suspended immediately while the dispute is under review. We encourage you to contact us first — we are always happy to help resolve issues directly and quickly.

7. Effect of a Refund

When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled immediately and access to paid features is revoked. Any patterns already generated and saved to your library remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation.

8. Response Times

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
